Autumn is my favourite season and I just love shooting weddings this time of year! The days are getting shorter which presents challenges with photography but also means you can have some beautiful daylight images and have time for some creative night time shots, and sparklers and fires also!

When Katrina got in touch to see if I was free to take some photos of her, her husband and their gorgeous baby Ben I was of course more than happy to oblige! I mentioned in my last post about how Autumn is always my favourite time for couples and family shoots - the colours, wrapping up warm, all of the piles of leaves to kick in a play around, the crisp air! I met these guys at their family's house in Shrawradine and we had a lovely few hours taking some relaxed, informal and natural photos for their Christmas card this year. If you're looking for family photography shoot in Shrewsbury or Shropshire please get in touch as I still have some availability before Christmas.

This is the first time I’ve been back to shoot since then so needless to say I was very excited to shoot somewhere that has such a nostalgic connection for me.
